My first Gundam Kit

Thanks to our blogger friend @Wolfheinrich and the giveaway he did celebrating the 2nd anniversary of his site, Im the happy owner of my first Gundam Bandai Kit.

Here is a lateral view of the box kit. Tell me, Do you have any Gundam kit on your own?

If you ask me I prefer Figmas or Nendoroids but for a change I think this model kit is a right choice. I will experience the joy (and possibly frustration) of assemble model kits as a hobby.
In your opinion, model kits are easy or difficult to do?

Here is the content of the box: A lot of plastic pieces ready to assemble. Im worry about losing any important piece. I hope it does not happen to me.

Instructional assembly booklet. Only problem I find is that its in japanese, but the illustrations look handy and easy to follow.

Any recommendation you can give me as advice for Gundam model kits?

Good luck with the assembly process. I don't have one myself, but I hear it can take a while to finish.

I would recommend taking your time! It is a slow process, but lots of fun. Also, enjoy it! If you don't, then it's not a big deal.

The more patience you have, the better the outcome. :)

sit back relax and take it on piece at a time. It may be overwhelming at first, but once done, you will be amazed!

Thanks all for your comments. I have started with the head (which I think it the easy part).

It surely needs a lot of patience and comparing about what you have with the illustrations of the manual.
