Full loaded with excitement and desire of introduce me in the wonderfull world of taking pictures I bought last week my first digital camera. It is a Canon Powershot 570IS.
I decided to buy this camera mainly for two reasons:
First my parents had a Canon Powershot G3 and I loved every picture with this camera. It is very easy going, with a lot of cool features and a excelent quality image, so with this precedent I was well aware of Canon's prestige.
Second, I was looking for a digital camera that let me explore and discover my creative side with pictures. For that reason, I was looking for a digital camera with Manual and Automatic controls as well (In the case I feel lazy...lol).
I like the PhotoStitch assistant (for panoramic photos) included in this model and definitely nor even Sony or Panasonic digital cameras have this function in their "point and shoot" cameras, so that was another reason for me to choose a Canon camera.

Now Im ready to point and shoot eveyone and everyplace with my own digital camera!!!
