Last saturday, i mean 03/03/07, in the evening there was a total lunar eclipse (Sun-Earth-Moon). I think it was total in the north countries like USA in the Americas because in my country it was a little partial.
Here goes the best picture i could take. It was taken at 06:49 pm with a Canon PowerShot G3 (I know it isnt an EOS like the one Jeff Lawson has...) in the roof of my house. I was experimenting with all the camera manual functions and this was the best shot.
I like eclipses. It is very amazing to see this natural phenomenoms hapenning once every decade or something and to be able to watch it. Next august will be another lunar eclipse then it will happen again in forteen years (aprox. in 2021). well, thats what the astronomists say.
