Risky Business
Im not good for manage people. Im not good enough to coordinate myself so how could i coordinate and give directions to other people. I dont like to be the boss and yell other about doing their duties. I simply dont like that.
Well, my associates (i mean my friends) and me have begun a little business, but now im dealing about meetings, financial stuff and managing people.
I like to be at the same level with people. I cant boss them and look like the manager or chief at charge. I like to help people in doing their work and teach them when they dont know how to do their labors or how to do it.
Im very patient and i always try to understand every possible aspect related with work but my friends think i have a soft temper and kind heart, so maybe i am.
