As something unusual I was invited to the opening of the "Arte en Mayo 2011" art gallery. I still dont know the exact reasons of the invitation but I took it as a good chance to grab my camera and take some pictures of modern art exhibitions.
The opening was held in the National's Modern Art Museum. How often do you go to museums?
"La Guatemalita", an interesting metallic sculture that is getting popular around here.
I dont consider myself an art lover/hater or critic. Good thing was the free drinkings and the mini food intended for art collectors.
Yep girl, that is a good example of abstract art.
