For the uninitiated, Itasha (痛車), literally "painmobile", is the Japanese term for people (mostly otakus) who likes to decorate the bodies of their cars with fictional characters of anime, manga, or video games. The decorations usually involve paint schemes and stickers. Pics after the jump:

I so want to do this when I get my new car. It is high on my list of things that must be done to it.
I love seeing these cars as they really showcase their love of the character
If I ever saw a car like those in real life, I would assault their owners with a chainsaw.
